These Terms govern your access to and use of edgecontours.com and related pages (the “Service”), operated by InterAI Single Member P.C. (“InterAI”, “we”, “us”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1) Use of the Service

You will use the Service lawfully and must not interfere with its operation or attempt to access it in unauthorized ways.

2) Nail design downloads and your rights

Unless a page says otherwise, we allow you to download EdgeContours nail design images and use them for personal nail application, including saving them to your device, showing them to a nail technician, or printing them for personal reference.

This is a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-commercial license.

You may not (without our written permission):

• sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the designs or any part of the Service,
• repost full-resolution designs as your own library or redistribute them as a collection,
• remove or alter branding/watermarks (if present),
• use our designs or site content to train or build an AI/model, dataset, or competing service.

3) Our content and ownership

The Service and its content (including designs, text, graphics, logos, and code) are owned by InterAI or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. All rights not expressly granted above are reserved.

4) Changes

We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time. Changes apply when posted on the site.

5) Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” If the Service includes AI-generated outputs, they may contain errors or omissions. Use your judgment and verify critical information. We do not provide legal, medical, tax, or other professional advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties.

6) Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, InterAI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of the Service.

7) Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Greek law. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Greece.
